I am Ailen Reinhardt, a marketing specialist with a master’s degree in neuromarketing from EAE Business School. I am passionate about creativity, communication and leadership, and I am seeking opportunities to contrinously advance in my professional journey.

Who seeks to develop my skills in areas of creativity and communication, including marketing and sales, driving me to make constant professional progress. I aspire to hold leadership positions in the future and seek to further my skills with this goal in mind.
I have worked in multinational companies, recognized around the world, such as General Electric in Argentina, the Swiss organization Swizzonic and Agravis Raiffeisen AG in Germany. I would like to use the skills that I have developed whilst working for these companies to help other companies to improve their branding and online presence. I have experience in product management, having worked on multiple projects and am the developer of an e-commerce platform.

In terms of my education
I completed my undergraduate degree in Germany at FH Münster, where I also worked on marketing research with Agravis and TechLabs. I am currently based in Barcelona, Spain, where I recently completed my master’s degree in Marketing and Business Management specializing in Neuromarketing. I have also completed language and coaching courses.
I would like to understand new cultures, interact with people, and have the opportunity to travel to new destinations. I adapt easily to new environments and consider myself a sociable and proactive person.
